My better half and I are interested in moving to the Wilmington area in the spring. So far we haven't found the must-have home to purchase. We may rent for a time while we learn more about the area. I'm an avid woodworker that has enjoyed rehabbing our current older craftsman home and making a few pieces of furniture now and then. I'm wondering if there are any facilities such as co-ops, etc. that I could join that have woodworking equipment. At one time there was such a place in Cincinnati which I did join but it went belly up and I ended up setting up a shop in my basement. (no basements in Wilmington, LOL)
