I am what I'd call an intermediate level (assuming there is a way to measure) woodworker. I've made a pencil post bed, my dining room set and a number of boxes and such. I'd like to try my hand at curved front furniture but what has always daunted me is cutting dovetails and M & T's on curved parts. Is there any reference anyone can point to as a place to begin learning the techniques required for this type of work?

Thanks in advance for your suggestions and advice.

Its always good to push yourself in new directions. If your not moving forward your standing still. The main thing is to always cut your joinery while stock is square (if possible). If you are interested in doing larger curved panels i.e. bendable ply and veneer pm me, I can give some pointers.
