Member-created Work posting

How do I earn the ability to post in the "Member created work" forum ?

I believe here is a 24 hour waiting period to post classifieds.

I don't want to place an ad. The forum is "Member Created Works ".I just want to post some pics of my work. When I try, I get the notice that I do not have sufficient privileges to post here.
Anybody know how I get those privileges?

That is in the classified section, it is for selling your work.

Who We Are is a place to introduce yourself and would be a great place to show your work.

Or you could post turnings in the turning section, carvings in the carving section, others in General woodworking.

I think the best to keep them together and tell a little about yourself would be to post in Who We Are.

I see only one post in the Member Created Works that is from PhilS and is an offer to build/sell a really nice small cabinet. I suggest following Mike's suggestion.

If you are trying to show use some of your woodworking just go to the General Woodworking forum start a new thread click on (Insert Image) or Ctrl+P pick your photos and post..

@DKA Even though you joined back 2006, you don't have enough recent posts to be considered a normal user, hence the 'New user' classification for your account. This should clear up tomorrow.
