Please post a toy you made recently. Something you made just for fun or to raise a smile on a youngster's face.

It is called a light saber. I made the first one three years ago while searching for an Outreach project for the kids. I made this one yesterday and in between about 500 have been made by kids at our Outreach events - they bring a lot of smiles.

My best ever Spinning Top. Wood is Walnut and both rings are captured. Spins in a very unique way until the rings balance each other.

i know the post is late, but i just joined. but here is an American Girl Doll bed i made for my daughter. I even made the mattress, sheets, and comforter, using my limited sewing machine skills. The mattress is a piece of memory foam. If i remember correctly it is 21 inches long and about 14 inches wide. Its made entirely from scraps of 2x2 and 1x3.

Sorry to be so late closing this out. I'll get the poll up in a few minutes and announce the June contest shortly.

I haven't made any toys recently, amazingly my kids grew up.
Here are a few things I made for them over the years.
I disqualify myself from the contest since these are not recent.
