They're up for auction to end March 12.

They have a notebook with all the auction items with a list of bids.
You just add your name and the amount of your bid.
I would guess that you could call them with your info and have them add you to the bid list.

That's called a "silent auction."

Those Makitas are nice planers. Not sure if parts are available but they're well-built.
