Looking for MDO plywood

[Mountain City Bill]

I am looking to buy 1 or 2 sheets of MDO (medium density overlay) plywood. 1/2" x 4' x 8'. Something close to Boone , NC would be nice. We are taking a trip to Asheville, NC in July, so something in that direction would work. I can find it in Bristol, VA, but there is a 25 sheet minimum.

Lowe's lists it on their website but no price is given. Maybe a special order for 1-2 sheets.

Diamond Hill Plywood in Raleigh sells it by the sheet. Because they are a wholesale only outfit, you have to buy thru someone like Lowes, or other lumber yard. Plus, you have to pick it up. Check with local lumber yard and see if they can order it.

I found it locally in Raleigh @ Capital lumber because I only wanted one sheet. You can get it at Lowe's with a special order of $250 or more. Lowe's price was better per sheet that Capital, but didn't need 4+ sheets. Hope that helps.
