Little table

My wife is in our church prayer group, and they wanted a small table, so I was volunteered....I had some cherry - not particularly clear but useable - so I made this one along the lines of Paul Sellers. It was a fun little build. I did not have the correct router bit to do the profile my wife wanted, so she drew it for me and I made it by hogging out most of it with a straight bit, and then finishing it up with my rabbet plane. finished it with two coats of Charles Neil blotchcontrol, a lot of BLO and topped that off with a couple coats of thinned satin poly. Fun..

Very nice Mark, love the look of the cherry. It'll only get prettier with age. Nice taper on the legs too.
