I've been using a lot more high-grit wet/dry paper in some of my recent finishing experiments (400-2500). So rather than trudging down to the local Ace Hardware for their over-priced 3M stuff, this time I thought I'd try the Klingspor products that come so highly recommended. So I found myself on this page:
http://klingspor.com/products/KlgprSht.htm
According to this page, they don't offer anything above 600 grit in wet/dry silicon carbide sheets. Or is it up to 1200? The page is very hard to tell which description and grit listing goes with which product. What a terribly designed page!
So I gave up and ordered from woodworkingparts.com. Dunno what the quality will be, but it arrived today so I'll be testing it out soon.
Then today, I see a Klingspor ad on an NCWW page with the URL woodworkingshop.com, where I find a much larger assortment of sheet products:
http://www.woodworkingshop.com/category.aspx?id=23
I now wonder which one is the real Klingspor site?
