Personally I think it is time to recruit some new moderators. We have some that cannot actively moderate forums and some that are possibly ready to step back to normal users after years of dedicated service. Typically this is the role of the senior moderator but I know that Philip is time constrained with life. ( which must come first ). I will take this task upon myself and recruit some new moderators and then assign them to the best fit forum. I'll get to work on that this week after closing my month at work. Thanks for bringing it tour attention!!
