how do i get "sufficient privileges" to post?

I was trying to post in the tools for sale/wanted. But, below the threads, it says I do not have sufficient privileges to post. What do I need to do to gain the privilege?

It still will not let me post to "For Sale / Wanted". I posted in another forum.

Sorry NCWW is not Craigslist. It is a forum for wood workers to educate other workers by sharing ideas and information. We are a nonprofit education institution. To post in our for sale section you need a minimum of 5 posts in our other forums. The day after you have posted your 5th time you will have access.
