House with huge basement shop for sale in Holly Springs, NC

Sorry this isn't really a "tools for sale" post, but I feel like the folks on here are more likely to appreciate the 22x22 basement workshop in the house I'm selling than most people. It was a great woodworking shop for me for the last 12 years. Holly Springs is near Raleigh if you're unfamiliar.

Interesting basement with 15' ceilings. No wonder, take a look at the last 19 pictures to get the lay of the land with a walk out basement!
