Henry, the hinges are just off the shelf inset door hinges from Home Depot. Picture attached. They worked great and offer lots of adjustment to get the door centered.

Thanks, Bruce. With the pollen being as bad as it was this year, I might need it at the picnic! In the meantime I'll try to find a better picture.
