Hardwood Store 30th Anniversary

Hello Members,

The Hardwood Store of North Carolina is having a Customer Appreciation/30th Anniversary celebration day at the Gibsonville location Friday, September 25th. They have asked if we would be interested in participating and I wanted to reach out and see who would be interested in helping out?

If my calendar is clear at work, I'd be happy to take the day off and do some Lathe demos!

BTW, I have a midi lathe that I can plan to bring with me, so I won't need the trailer! Also, I'll plan to bring my clock for display! After all, the 3/8" Baltic Birch ply it's made with was supplied by The Hardwood Store!

So again it looks like the same volunteer group raising their hands to help. I would love to see some more new faces joining the group of volunteers for supporting NCWW efforts. The Hardwood Store has been a great supporter of NCWW so let’s get some more members to take a day to show them that we support The Hardwood Store.

Matt I would love to be added to the list of helpers and if needed I can do a demonstration.

I hope you are not talking about me. I am far from a key player. Mediocre fill-in at best.

Some of these newer and younger guys should step up. It’s not easy to work all day at 70 years old. That’s why I retired.
