Dovetail bits

I am still working my way through all my "stuff" that I mothballed 20 years ago. I pulled out a box of straight and dovetail bits. Drilled a board with 1/2" holes and started to label the bits. This is when I realized I do not have a way to measure the angle of the dovetail bits.

Any suggestions?

Extend the slanted surface somehow and use a protractor or Wixey tilt thingy?
