Catawba Valley Community College sign up for the Fall semester of it's furniture academy begins today, July 17. The College actually now consists of 4 campuses all off Hwy. 70 in Hickory and Newton. The Furniture Academy building I believe was a furniture shop to begin with. Follow the link below to begin to explore the offerings. Classes 4 days per week from 5:30-8:30 p.m. They also have many other trade school courses you may wish to explore as well.
