Al do you have any photos of the build? How the pieces are cut, glue used, and coloring and finish stuff maybe?

Paul,
Sorry, no WIP photos. Project took about six weeks including time for the finish to cure before rubbing out. The finish is water based lacquer with top coat of Conversion Varnish. The glue used was a pre-catalyzed dry powder urea resin. The color is natural from the veneers used.

That sir is AMAZING work! You are a talented gentleman indeed. How far in advance did you know about this competition to be able to complete this in time? Also, how did you design it? What tools were used?
