Cherry tree came down

I had to take a large cherry down. A lot of it was bad, hence why it came down, but there is about 20 feet of solid log. I can't handle it other than just lopping off foot long sections to use as bowl blanks. Seems a shame. If anyone is interested in it, please let me know. There are some funky bent pieces if someone is creative.

My favourite (note Canadian spelling) bowl that I have turned is a 10-11" x 6" piece of cherry that came from a neighbor's tree; this makes me covet cherry. If I was still turning I'd jump at a few pieces; alas my lathe is now piled high with stuff - as a 'horizontal surface.'
And I really don't want to store more wood for the "eventually I will..." time. Retirement beckons, but not quite yet.

The local turners have spoken for the bulk of it. Maybe some slim pickings if someone wants to look, but pretty much claimed. So my goal of it not going to waste is happening. Super.

And yes, chunks for the BBQ.
