changes affecting member's list

I didn't change anything external, it was all "under the hood". When I did the update of bulletin a few days ago, the member search function no longer worked and some other functionality related to user info was lost. This was because, Several years ago, I had put another mode in that was constructed in a bad way. I wanted to remove the bad modification so that the next time, we updated software, this same bug would NOT come back.

while I was making the change, there was a chance that the members list would not work or be messed up. however, murphy's law didn't raise it's head and everything went so smoothly that hardly anyone noticed.:banana::banana:
