I’d think you could pretty easily check the holes to see if they are all on the same plane (assuming that grizzly made the original part that way. Then either file or sand the part on a plate to get it flat. Enlarge the hole of the hole that’s on the broken part Slightly. Not sure if you can measure the holes that closely to see which side of hole might need adjustment

Looking more and more like I might go ahead and buy a new one. At least I can get by until a decent deal comes along
