If you missed the first post, this was made for a friend as a Christmas present for his daughter.
Now I have a request for another.

I did put a fair amount of thought into the book title in addition to the physical dimensions.

After I had performed the surgery I started to wish I had re-read it first.

Well, something to keep an eye open for int he used book stores.
