Hello All,

a number of folks have asked over the last year about a very basic CNC class to see if CNC is right for them. Several have told me they are concerned about committing to a machine purchase, software options, tooling, and the potential cost of training. Basically, it seems that some folks really want to kick the tires first.

We are thinking about offering a 1 Day CNC 'Crash Course' to help you make those decisions.

I want to know if anyone is interested in a day like this, and if so, I want to hear back from you as soon as possible. We have a few dates open in the fall NCFS schedule, and I would like to list the class right away if you want to attend.

This will be a hands-on experience, open to 18 people.

My issue with CNC classes I use my machine for speaker building and hopefully guitar parts cutting and shaping. Where can I find something that hits on some of these specific needs?

I would need to know a little more about your specific needs, but suspect we could help you out - no problem! I have built several guitars and helped some luthiers with CNC.

I will shoot you a PM with some basics of what I do with my CNC.

Count me in, I'd like to use one of your laptops, I need to purchase a new one and will be accessing the needs for including cnc software after class. I have a few trips planned this fall but can move if needed. Jim
