Half of the BBQ is going to be pre-mixed with the Eastern NC vinegar based sauce. Knowing that there are some folks who don't care for that, the other half will not have any sauce on it. There will be a sauce bar so you can add your own. We are in need of several (15-20, maybe a few more) bottles of sauce. Commercially made sauce will be easier for someone to bring and there are several brands that are very good. Any of the Cattleman brand sauce is good and seems to be the preferred sauce used at the "Memphis in May" BBQ cookoffs. Jack Daniels, KC Masterpiece, as well as many others are good. Pork without sauce isn't very good so having an adequate supply provided by some of the attendees would be very helpful.
