I have some broken trunions under my tilt table on my Delta 20" 20-950 drill press.

Replacements parts seem to be discontinued and out of stock - Thanks for nothing Delta, the tool is less than 10 years old

The original trunion castings are poorly made out of thin, cheap pot metal, I am surprised they lasted this long.

Hopefully I can find some better made parts

The first photo shows all the broken original parts, it looks like they exploded

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Phil,
They look EXACTLY like the ones from my bandsaw.
(I would guess they are different dimensionally, but...)

The break looks exactly the same...

I went to the DeWalt / Delta store and got my replacements - guess I should have bought two sets?!

PLEASE let us know where you find replacements...
Hopefully more robust, less pot metal ones too!

I keep hearing Delta has parts problems - guess its true. I had the power switch go bad on my Delta Drill Press so when I found a replacement I bought two of them. At least it stuck in the on position so I could just unplug it while I waited for the new parts.

Glad you found a solution to your dilemma. Those kind of trunions are on so many otherwise decent machines and do break easily.
