A few window decorations

I haven't fired up the scrollsaw in quite some time so I'm a bit out of practice but I like these guys.
Just have them sitting on the window ledge for now. Have to decide how to mount them more permanently.

Nice clean simple lines. Well done. Are they painted black or did you use a dark stain? To hang you might want to use a loop of thin fishing line.

Painted with Rustoleum "Oil Rubbed Bronze"
I was thinking about either fishing line (which I don't have) or thin strips of double-sided tape (which I do have).
The problem with fishing line is where to attach it. Probably a suction cup to hang it from but I'm not sure I'd like the look.
The problem with tape would be that it might come loose due to temp changes.

Nice window critters Pete! I like Scott's monofilament idea--I wouldn't mind a suction cup to hold them in place, but if you find that too detracting, could you drill a tiny hole in the window casement and use a thumbtack to anchor the monofilament?
