Bought a Dust collector bin sensor from iVac. Nifty. Lasted a couple of weeks. Sent them TWO e-mails with no response at all. None, zip.
Now I need to find another sensor.

A company who has an e-mail customer service and does not answer two e-mails in over a week is a company who does not care about it's customers. Not even a "we will get back to you". It is not about fixing my sensor. I will buy or build another brand. It is about letting the community know what kind of service the give. None.

I will praise those with great service. I will call out those who do not. Then members can decide who they want to do business with.

As far as their product, it does not see to have any protection from ESD, which is a huge design fault. It's range is not adjustable so it would say full at half capacity.
