I have a couple of the HF ones. First one I bought, ate batteries Second didn't. Mentioned this to store manager, and he said bring the first one back for replacement. Reminded him I had it for a couple years. He said look on current receipt and see if item number was the same, which it was. Problem solved. I have found HF to stand behind their sales 100%. Depending upon which coupon you use the HF one will cost either $6.99, or $9.99 on most any given day. This is truly a HF Gem.
