Up for sale is a quality 12" Powermatic model 35 Disc Sander in very good condition. Sander has a 1hp Dayton motor that runs on 110 volts. Please note that this is a quality American made machine not an import. First $275 cash gets it (Price is VERY FIRM). 919-360-3132

That's a Model 35. My 2000 catalog shows that listing for $1240.00. Adjust that for inflation and we get $1550 in 2009 dollars. That's a good deal. The Dayton motor may well be OEM unless its been freshly painted or painted by a previous owner.

After reading some of Malcolm Tibbetts book on segmented turning, I am looking for a disc sander. anyone live in the Mebane area and willing to pick it up for me and hold it until I can arrange pickup or PE?
