I'll add another vote for Onefinity CNC. I started with one for home projects (stairway, mantle, bunch of other things), and, while I have since upgraded to an AvidCNC, it was a great machine.
I've got a used Rikon Ryobi 12" drill press that I'd like to get rid of. It works fine but I'm going to upgrade to something that is variable speed.

Make SURE that you're actually getting it to grab on the right side. My guess is that it's not actually catching on the right, then just flapping around.
I'm selling my SuperMax 19-38" drum sander. It's about 2-3 years old. It's got the analog thickness gauge installed, but I have the digital one that can be installed. I'll include all of the extra assorted paper rolls that I have left over.
