    Only an hour drive pretty much straight up 46. Used to take my grandson up there every Christmas to see the train display at the old hardware store. TBT I enjoyed it as much as he did.

    I have the 36. I don’t have enough room for the 52. In all this time I have never found anything that I could not cut on it. One thing that I recommend is the mobile base. It comes in handy in a small shop.

    Not sure what your homemade bench design looks like, but I know of other cases were adding a lower shelf with weights (sandbag or bricks) have eliminated the vibration problems.

    Scroll saws in general are notorious for having bearing issues. I think only the Hegner comes with oil/lube instructions. Most bearings can only be accessed by tearing the machine down like in one of those videos. For a lube I would use a synthetic grease and not a light oil like 3-n-1. Lube the...
