2019 North Carolina Woodworker Raffle Rules

$5 per Ticket — Funds Non-Profit Activities of NCWW

1. Each ticket is $5. Any number of tickets may be purchased.
2. Tickets may be purchased here: http://www.ncwoodworker.net/forums/index.php?ncww_raffletickets
3. Tickets may be purchased by anyone, including persons not registered on the NCWW website.
4. Please be certain to include your name, mailing address and e-mail when purchasing tickets online so we can contact winners.
5. Online entries will get a receipt with raffle numbers sent via e-mail. Please keep this information.
6. Online ticket sales will end on May 17, 2019 at 6 PM.
7. On Saturday May 18th, the actual drawing will take place at the annual NCWW picnic. You do NOT need to be present to win.
8. Prizes will be awarded from smallest monetary value to largest monetary value. The largest prize will be awarded last. Prizes may be refused, but once tickets are drawn, they cannot be put back in the bin.
9. All proceeds will support North Carolina Woodworker, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
10. A maximum of 4000 raffle tickets will be sold.
11. Prizes must be picked up in King, NC unless otherwise specified. A small number of prizes will be shipped directly from the manufacturer to the winner. Other prizes can be shipped anywhere in the continental United States, but shipping must be paid for in advance. No shipping outside of the continental United States under any circumstances.
12. All prizes must be claimed within 10 days of notification. Unclaimed prizes will be held for future picnics or auctioned off to support NCWW.
