What is the color?
Do you have the Sherwin Williams code?I don't know, the cabinet company I do work for gave me a sample and I had it matched at Sherwin Williams.
Use the right (brand of) paint and you can use e.g. white if you want.I'm trying to find a color to cover our 1995 red oak cabinets and that looked like it had potential.
On the can yes, will post a pic when back in the shop.Do you have the Sherwin Williams code?
I must have about eight different whites in the shop.Use the right (brand of) paint and you can use e.g. white if you want.
There's another thread here from someone spraying their darkish cabinets white with a bunch of suggested paints. Here it is: https://ncwoodworker.net/forums/index.php?threads/update-how-do-i-do-this.69852/#post-651165

Markraft cabinets, who I do most of these items for have their own colors and someone packs their paint especially for them. They call it Maritime Blue. The Sherwin Williams match was pre-cat T77 F58, with reducer R 7K120. That is blended by the small branches. The primer is a high pigmented CV from their industrial division in Charlotte. Wonderful stuff, can sand 80 grit, one coat and it hides all the scratches, sands in minutes and feels like glass. Is it a deep blue/gray? Hard to tell from the pictures and what Sherwinn Williams paint is it?
