While looking over the old "friendship pen" thread, I recalled the photo studio discussion. Just out of curiosity I searched and found a similar (same?) set for $37!

Great for taking pictures of pens and stuff!

That looks very similar to what I have, and it really has made an improvement in my photography of smaller pieces. I think my wife paid around $90 for mine.

I've seen some really inexpensive ones made from pvc pipe and sheets- it comes apart and stores easily.

Looks like a nice setup so I went to order it and they wanted $21.76 for S/H. :tongue2: I don't think so.

That's no good ... though still less than Wolf by far even with shipping. I was considering getting one eventually after DaveO's pictures -- top quality.

You can buy it on Amazon.com for $37.95 with $0 shipping but the user rating indicate the lights don't provide enough light output. I think I will use my homemade pasteboard box setup for awhile.
