Semi-final result... have to finish sanding then Finish.
The wood is Ash from a firewood log that looked interesting!
The long narrow box was the 1st of testing... using 3/8" jig.
The square box w/o cutout was next 1/4" jig.
The box with cutout was last...
You will see places where I slipped (goofed)...
Joints were very tight... I had to use the hammer to get them together... Have to fine-tune but after changing mounting hole so it will give a little when using the fine adjustment tool (hammer).
No glue was used and will not be used to hold these together.
These are the first box joints I have ever made...
They were made in a router table using the Oak Park (Router Workshop) jigs which I like very much... I got the set of three! Super high quality!
