How do I download plans from the lib.

Jim fist off, welcome to the site.

Currently I believe the site policy still requires us to be a member for 60 days before we are allowed to download from the library. There has been discussions to change the policy and shorten the time requirements. Unfortunately I do not know what is involved in making the changes, but i do know our admin folks have a lot on their plates.

Health issues have kept me from tackling the bold reworking of permissions groups that Steve was proposing before he left, though I still hope that I, or another admin, will be able to complete that work at some point in the future... it just is not the sort of thing that can be done quickly or off-the-cuff, if you know what I mean, since it affects absolutely everyone all at once!

Since I'm running behind on that, I have gone ahead and edited some of the permissions for our existing permissions group's structure. I believe you should now be able to download the library items you were wanting to access, so go ahead and give it a try and let me know if it does/does not work now. Thanks in advance for reporting back on your success or failure.

There were historical reasons for these limits that made sense at one point in time, but with our recent server upgrade we can afford to be more open in this regard.
