    Everyone has been so welcoming, awesome. Thanks so much!! I'm really getting excited about woodworking in general. I've done some larger construction projects, such as this





    But am really excited about furniture and more precise woodwork. So here are some preliminary pics.







    Not the greatest hand tool work, but I'm trying. What you are looking at is the front half of legs for a small 'rustic' farm table. Luckily my
    wife, an interior designer, likes 'rustic'. Which I interpret as 'not perfect'. The top joinery is not the greatest, I'm going to screw it into the mitered leg, so hopefully it works.. Not the greatest hand tool work, but that's part of the fun. Learning and making kindling..........

    Here's a quick pic of the house.
