Steve, I purchased a jig from the same company that made Norm's jig...mine is the cheaper Baltic birch version rather than aluminum. That said, your version looks like it would have much of the same functionality, nice job!

I was going to start a project with adjustable shelves. but having no drill press yet i was worried on accuracy. This will save me lots of time and headache. Thanks.

That is a great jig. Thanks for the video.
