Re: Any interest in green maple, sycamore, BW and Hackberry?
Got to meet Kevin (Turtlewood) this morning, like every NCWoodworker I've met, he's a super nice guy. There's a very high degree of good morals within our membership community.
Thanks for stopping by this morning Kevin. Sorry I was a little late getting out to the log yard. I have two strikes against me #1 I am not at all a morning person and #2 my dog decided it was time to roam the neighborhood. It never fails when your running late something happens to make you even later.
Anyways enjoy the QS Sycamore and BW you picked out some good QS ray flake exposed Sycamore there, it aughta make something very attractive. Let me know if you run into any problems.
Thanks

Re: Any interest in green maple, sycamore, BW and Hackberry?
It was nice to stop by, meet Jeff, and see where he works out of.
The wood looks nice with lots of ray flecks. Too bad I have to wait for it to air dry, I'd like to dress some up right now.
All... if you thinking about picking some green lumber up, here are some photos of the booty to help put you over the edge and dive in:
