Scott, Looks good. Nice tight joints and good form. I like your choice of woods. As a suggestion, I think it is more eye appealing if the vertical segment joint lines on a ring are centered on the segments of the adjacent ring/rings. As an example, the joints on the light colored rings above and below the feature ring could be centered on the vertical dividers of the feature ring.
