3rd Annual (2008) Spring Picinic - RSVP

3rd Annual - 2008 - North Carolina Woodworker.net SPRING PICNIC








When:
Saturday - May 17, 2008
10:30 AM - ????
Food will arrive @ 12:00 for serving about 12:30
Where:
Jordan Lake - Ebenezer Church Recreation Area - Picnic Shelter # 8 This is a "sheltered" site with a roof on the top and restrooms attached and electricity.

The Ebenezer Church Recreation Area of Jordon Lake is located on US 64 about 25 Miles west of Raleigh. It is west of NC-55 by about 8 miles & east US-15/pittsboro by 8 miles. There are signs pointing you in the correct Direction to Jordon Lake and a sign for the Ebenezer Church area.
What's to Eat:
Catering will be by "Red Hot & Blue" ( same as last year and they did a great job) and will include :
Pulled Pig
Beef Brisket
Smoked BBQ Sausage
Slabs of Ribs
BBQ Beans
Cole Slaw
Potato Salad

What To Bring:
Yourself and anyone else and a healthy appetite. But if you would like to bring something there will be sign up sheets available after we know how many people to expect;
Activities:
  1. EATING
  2. Show & Tell
  3. Door Prizes
  4. Other Things
Other Important Info:
  • No alcoholic beverages - Park Policy
  • I will be there from about 9:30 for setup. If you are bringing stuff that is needed for setup, please come at that time, if possible.
  • We plenty of food and drinks, so feel to bring extra people.
  • There is a $5.00 per car entry fee to the park. $3.00 for those over 62

Should the links under " activities " be active ? When I click them I get a message saying that basically I do not have permission to see them
