Some people are confused about how to add pictures to their forum posts. So I'll try to provide an explaination.
First, you will need the direct URL of the picture that you want to post. If the picture is posted on our galleries, then the process is fairly simple. Go the to picture in our galleries and display it. (Big Mike, I am using one of yours as an example)

Now look down and look for "Direct Link Code" in the bottom left. This is the Direct url of your picture. You could just copy it down, but I suggest that you highlight the entry and do a copy (Control C in Windows)

Now go to the place where your are typing your post or reply and look for the
in the tool bar above the edit box and click it.

Now copy the Direct URL you just got from album in to this box or better yet in windows Paste the value Control V.

Now click OK and the picture is inserted
BTW every image in this post was done the exact same way.

How about a simpler method? Look right below the Direct Link Code text box: there's another line that says BB Image Code. Just copy & paste that text right in your post. Done. Simple as that.

Here's the Reader's Digest version:
1. Select all the text in the BB Image Code box (in Windows, just triple-click anywhere in the box)
2. Copy (CTRL-C)
3. Go to the post you're creating
4. Paste (CTRL-V)

Ok, now you should be asking what if my picture is someplace else? Do I have to put it in an album on this site? The answer is no. You can include any picture from any website, if the site allows servicing of pictures.

From the above post you know how to get a picture into a post once you have the Direct URL. But how do you get the URL?

Almost every picture posting board has a way to find the Direct URL, but on each board the way is different. But here is a trick that will work on any board.

Find the picture in the size you want on the board of your choice.

Place your cursor over the picture and right click the mouse and you will see what is called the context menu. At the bottom of the menu is a selection called "Properties" click on it and you will get something like this:

Now look for the field labeled Address and highlight it and "copy" it. Control-C in windows

Now the rest of the process is just as it was in the above post

Happy picture posting

I was trying to set the stage for the next post. But insomniac is right, his way will work on THIS board and will actually work on most other boards, if the picture is hosted here.
