Thanks David - I already tried that. It didn't do any good.

[HIJACK]

Ha I used to design ANSI graphics for BBS systems. I used to run one along time ago as well. Fun stuff I do miss it. Okay not so much. I don't miss DOS as i still do a ton of stuff in the "Command Line" in Windows. Old habits die hard.

Hi all,

If you're running Windows Vista and you download Sketchup 7 you may get an error message
Program Not Responding.
I did. Here's the solution that worked for me.

  1. In the directory 'Google Sketchup7/Styles' double-click on the listing StyleTemplate.skp. SketchUP 7 will start.
  2. If any default graphics are on the screen, delete them.
  3. Save the file under another name - I used SketchUP 7 Open.
  4. Exit the program.
  5. Go to the directory where you saved the new file.
  6. Right-click on the file name. Click on Send to/Desktop(create shortcut)
Click on this shortcut icon on your desktop and SketchUp 7 will start and work normally (hopefully forever).

This is a one-time procedure. It worked for me. I hope it works for you.
