Not sure where this goes, so will post here. On the way home tonight, I passed several wooden cable reels. I could not pick up the larger ones, but I did pick up 4 of the smaller ones. 23" in diameter & 24" high. They are free to anyone who wants some or all. I will be bringing them to the picnic, but don't know if I will bring them to the table! Depends upon how far away it is!

Honestly Honey, that will cost around $100 $150 $200, and I need a few more tools.

I don't know yet - haven't been to that part of the park before. However, We can keep an eye open for each other. I thought about the outdoor tables, too. Only problem is where we live, we have those lousy tiger mosquitoes and starting right now, they are active, and it takes away all of the fun of sitting outside. The other place is in NY and we have furniture up there! If I end up with one or two left over, I am thinking about putting a different top and bottom on and add a light to make end tables. However, if someone can use some or all I would like to make that my contribution to this shebang!

This isn't wood related, but since Rick showed those cable reels, it occured to me that I have a couple of hundred feet of cable TV coax left over, and see no further use for it. If you are interested in it, I can bring to picnic. This is the heavy stuff with an attached support wire for aerial use. Free to any needy woodworker, and if you don't need it all, hold it for somebody else after you get your share.
