Thumbs up

Last friday afternoon the DW618 router died on me this thread. Droped it off at the service center in Greensboro Monday afternoon without any proof of when I bought it of course. Even though it was still under warranty I did not know if they would repair it under warrenty without proof so I was prepared to pay if I had to. I've done service work long enough to know people will say and do anything to get something free.

They called Tuesday afternoon said it was ready, when I stopped in on my way to work yesterday the good man got it for me and said no charge .
I am glad there are still places that treat customers like customers.

Its useless to argue with an idiot. They will only bring you down to their level then beat you with their experiance.
