On 11/28, Amazon sent me an email for the Bostitch HP 118 K 23 gauge nailer for $67.99. But every time I go to check out, the price jumps to $126. There is no promo code in the offer. I emailed them and they emailed back to order, but again it comes out to $126, not $67.99. This has been going since last Friday. Perhaps someone here has experience dealing with this problem. Thanks, Bruce

Bruce, I'm not sure about the price in the email you received from Amazon. Looking at frozenwarrior.com it seems that the lowest price was around $90 back in September.

Bruce, I wanted to purchase that too but I didn't have any luck with that Friday evening. There was something about limited quantities in the details. I didn't contact customer service or go ahead with the purchase. If you figure it out, please let me know.

Customer service may work with you but there were only a certain number at that price so they probably went fairly quickly. Best bet is to take the email and just call customer service. I have done this many times with Amazon and just be pleasantly cheerful on the phone and they will push it right on through for you, at least I have had a great success rate with them. Don't forget as well they will pricematch for a long time and just reimburse you on the fly with a quick email or phone call.

Mike, if you still have the email, please print me out a copy. Today, I spent an hour on the phone with customer NO service. They basically said " yeah they sent me the email, but aren't going to sell it to you for that price." Remember I got a second email stating that I was able to buy at that price on Tuesday, Dec 2nd. Still couldn't though. I will give them one more chance before filing a deceptive business practice complaint with the AG's office. They will have to take time to respond in writing to that.
