Yardwork for the last couple months.

I don't post a whole lot but thought i would share my yardwork from the last few months.

Been doing yard work the last few months and thought i would give some update pictures.

This is the house i bought last year house and a little over a 1/2 acre from a foreclosure auction and may of spent another 25k up to this point. Total 46k
There was a thread around here about the remodel but i think it is probably gone now.

Nice job John ! You've gone a long way from making that house into a home. I've been following your progress and you've done a beautiful job.

Godspeed,
Jimmy

Wow! That's a lot of work you have put in there. It looks great.

Maybe one of these years I will get around to doing my yard. Landscaping is not cheap!

Re: Yardwork for the last couple months.

John, that's not yardwork. Yardwork is mowing the lawn, sweeping leaves and trimming the shrubs. What you've done is construction/ carpentry/ woodworking/ remodelling/ whatever. And a pretty amazing job too! Talk about a transformation.

So when's the pool party?

Re: Yardwork for the last couple months.

Thanks all, All the work probably took 7 days to do.
But had to wait for funding to do it all.

I have only been in the pool 2 times so far, have to check with the wife on a pool party.

Only thing to do is replace the shingles on the house and workshop. And to ugrade the heating and cooling.

John, that's a nice job, right there. No problem seeing what's been taking your time. Congratulations on the investment and especially the "upgrades." Should pay dividends down the road.

Re: Yardwork for the last couple months.

Great job(S)!!
Doesn't look like you've had time for much else.
I'm with BAS, that isn't yardwork to me. That is landscaping, remodeling, The prices must be mounted on slot machine wheels and they spin at random. Seems daily changes around here.

Re: Yardwork for the last couple months.

Awesome job and plenty hard work, I am sure!!!!!!!!!! Looks like a total transformation! These types of jobs surely must make you feel very proud!! Landscaping work is truly very grueling work and the payoff is very much worth the effort!

I admire your persistence and a job well done!!

Can I call you for the next yard job I have??

Very impressive, indeed!!!
