Tried that Fred - but didn't work. Besides I've already had my oldest daughter go through SIU and currently have 3 (#1 #3 and #4) of my sons living in southern IL two of them (#1 and #3) are attending SI #4 is joining the IL National Guard, then he plans to attend college at SIU. Believe it or not the IL national guard pays 100% tuition and books. #2 son is also planning on attending SIU next year.

Seems my family is gravitating to the area - it's a nice area down there, very rural.

Fink !

Jeff,

You can't leave us man, We have other sawyers, but you do the KD runs that we love so much. The least that you can do before you leave is to find a replacement for the Raleigh runs.

Anyway, I hope that the house works out for you, because family is what's most important.

Good luck looking and Godspeed brother,

Jimmy

West Chicago is way north of were we are going, actually the weather is much like the Ozarks. You kidding about the woodmizer? They are harvesting maple and beech out of the Shawnee national forest - I ain't never sawed national forest trees before I wonder if the are the same as regular trees?

I'll help you move, Jeff. A couple of hours drive to Granville County, and I will get that unused lumber out of your way.

Gonna be a while yet before we move, but things are kicking into high gear. It's something we have been planning for a long time - just getting it all together is going to take several months.

Best thing: The Internets don't care whether you're in NC or IL when posting to North Carolina Woodworker

Well then it just won't do. You'll have to stay around here for a while long and leave the ill noise thought alone

Honestly Honey, that will cost around $100 $150 $200, and I need a few more tools.
