The good thing about driving on the sidewalks in Rochester is that there is a lot of room, because they need space to pile up the snow. Now, when winter comes and the snow gets piled up, the sidewalk narrows down, so I guess he'll have to switch off to a snowmobile.

Let's just say if you're East of Syracuse, West of Rochester and South of say - Canandaigua or Geneva (rtes 5 &20 would be a good line to draw), You're safe. If you are within those lines, look out for a gold colored Saturn with a nervous looking young man driving.
