Congrats on the new baby!

Glad to hear everyone is doing well.

.....- NO POWER TOOLS while you're operating on 2.5 hrs of sleep!
I think with a new baby, you can change this to NO POWER TOOLS for a while.

Congratulations !

It's nap time again, and I don't mean for the baby. Sleep when you can.

Congratulations, Mark! My best to you, Mom and the little Woodworker.

Even though the pics are forthcoming, let me be the first to say,
YOU SUCK! in the nicest way, of course.

Congrats! I'll have to add some suckage too cause my wife and I have been trying for 8 years with no results. It may not feel this way when you have no sleep, but you really have a precious gift. Looking forward to pics and a name.

All the best,
Will

He was a bit early (three weeks!) so we are still reeling trying to get everything together and figure out the logistics (like sleep). We have not chosen a name just yet, but it will be done very soon. After a very long Saturday everyone is doing well, both baby and mom. I will post some photos in the near future.

Congratulations Mark and LOYL! The ultimate gloat is yours -- savor it, but get some needed rest -- we'll look forward to the first pictures with Mom and your new son!

Hello everyone,
Thank you so much for the thoughts. Sorry for the no photos. It turns out that there were some unexpected complications that were not fully realized at the time of the delivery. My wife is doing better but still needs time to heal. I have been VERY busy and I not sent any photos to anyone (even family) and a name is forthcomming.

I will definately post some photos as soon as things settle down.

Thanks again,

Mark

Hello everyone,
Well it has been a long week for us. There were many ups and downs and at least one trip to the Emergency Room. All finally seems to be going well for both Mom and Baby.

I finally have a few minutes to try to rejoin the group. Seems like a very long time since I just sat and read what was going on. Not to mention done any woodworking.

We named him Connor Zachary Burke! Here is a photo (which was taken at 20 minutes old).

What a handsome little feller. Congratulations. Now the fun begins, raise him with all the love in your heart and you'll end up with a great kid.
