BUT... it's getting a little warm out there

Great day for the pool and to sip on a nice refreshing drink (in the shade) - You'll be careful out there and remember to drink plenty of fluids...

Not only is it that hot - but the air conditioning is barely functioning. Argh! We went fishing this morning, but even that was too hot.

I kept the solar cover on the pool too long. Yesterday afternoon the water was 95 degrees. Told LOML to bring us out some carrots, taters & onions & we'd make soup. Hope it's cooler tonight. That's where I hope to be.

I was working on some window boxes to go under the windows on my out building and shop. Gonna put some purdy flowers in them, well I was sweating and then without warning everything started spinning and turning dark. Next thing I know I was laying in the yard. Guess I over did it. Sure did give me a scare. Guess we all got to be a little more careful. Feel better now though.

Congratulations on your win, I won last summer. Assembled a 10x14 metal shed singlehandedly in the sun with a heat index of 105

I rode my bike 40 miles also . Of course mine doesn't have pedals.

Riding now just feels like I am standing in front of a large hair dryer.

I worked in my air conditioned shop. Did some running around early morning with the top down on the Miata.

Alas, today I need to work on cars and mow the lawn.

BBQ Grill Thermonuclear indicator (Thermometer) reads 150. yes it's in the direct sun on the deck but understand there is no charcoal in it. Wow bet I could cook in there just the way it is with little to no trouble. Ya'll stay cool in the pool - later I'm jumping back in...
