Thumbs up

Stopped by Paula and Sharon's "Studio and Lumber Sales" in Salter Path for a visit this week

A bounty of exotic wood combined with friendly proprietors creates a unique environment on the NC coast. The variety from small turning blanks to coffee table size slabs is intoxicating And their use of local live oak and cedar for the numbered "Heritage Collection" creations is a great example of tree cycling and marketing

Thanks Paula and Sharon for the delightful conversation and "shop tour". Linda and I genuinely enjoyed the visit

Roger

When were you there Roger? We were down this weekend but did not stop by. Was being completly lazy Thursday and on Friday afternoon there was this little run of Bluefish in the surf so of course I had to wait around a bit longer.

The Misses did see the turnings they had for sale at the Seafood Festival last Oct

Nice Figures certainly works for them, but I don't think it would work for you. Maybe you could use a name more suited to you like "Many Kids Sawmill", on second thought people would probably think it was a daycare.

They're the best! I really miss having them so, close . For anyone who is looking for something special for their next project... Paula and Sharon have a gold mine of figured stock that's hard to beat.

Yea, a daycare that probably wouldn't be to successful...too many horror movies out there.

Jeff you already have the perfect name for a mill operator..Jeff Mills...for you

Honestly Honey, that will cost around $100 $150 $200, and I need a few more tools.
